Note: Pocket bikes are NOT to be driven on public highways. Protective gear and helmet are advised at all times. Purchaser fully accepts responsibility and assumes all responsibility in event of damages and injuries. Purchaser is reponsible for  understanding and abiding to all local laws for operation of pocket bikes. Recommended not to be used by minors under the age of 18 without adult supervision.

Important Information

Please note that these bikes are not toys, they are two stroke racing machines. These bikes are manufactured to be ridden on a smooth tarmac-like circuit. They should not be used on a public highway. We recommend that protective equipment and a helmet should always be used. It is important to carry out a Pre Ride Inspect before ANY USE. The bikes are 99% assembled at the factory. Final adjustments should be made by the rider/owner of the vehicle. You should routinely check ALL connections, nuts, bolts, screws, levers, wiring cables, brake units, tyres etc. We recommend the use of lock-tite on every bolt. we cannot be held responsible for any setup-maintenance work carried out by you, the owner-rider. The fuel should be mixed accurately at a ratio of 25:1(25parts unleaded fuel to 1 part high quality two stroke pre mix oil). the incorrect mixture of fuel and oil can cause poor performance, leaks, poor starting and could even result in engine seizure. Like all machinery, the two stroke engines on our bikes will require adjustment and regular maintenance. It is advisable to have this knowledge or know someone who has engine maintenance skills.

Bike Purchases

Orders are usually dispatched the next working day by a national courier service, such as Amtrak (www.amtrak.co.uk). Your order will only be processed once the bikes are ready for dispatch. Please allow 2-3 working days for delivery after your payment has been processed.

Guarantees and Warranties

The bikes should only be ridden when the rider-owner is 100% confident that they have completed their Pre Ride Inspection. Our bikes are warranted against any structural or mechanical defects for 30 Days. This is a parts only warranty from the date delivered. The company will replace free of charge for the original purchaser any part of the bike that is found by the company to be defective, except those parts which are listed in the Warranty does not cover section. Defective parts must be sent back to the company for inspection prior to sending out replacement parts. The purchaser must pay the postage cost for the returned part. They will be refunded once the new part is dispatched. We have the final decision with regards to replacement parts, no correspondence will be entered into.

Warranty does not cover:

1. Damage to your bike caused by unreasonable use, including failure to provide reasonable and necessary maintenance.

2. Any part or bike used either commercially, as part of a venture, resold or rented by you.

3. Defects caused by alterations or modifications, accidents, incorrect use, incorrect fuel mixture or failure to follow the instructions in the instruction manual, including irregular maintenance or failure to carry out regular Pre Ride Inspections.

4. General check over including;

any fairing (plastic or metal trim, replacement sticker packs, slight marks, scratches abrasions, dents, cracks, normal wear and tear or chips);

chain, handlebar, throttle, clutch, carburetors, fuel pipe, nuts, screws, bolts, fasteners, cable ties, tightenings or brake adjustments;

tune ups on the engine, carburetor adjustments, choke adjustments or spark plug maintenance

replacement of non-defective parts such as switches, dials, levers, nuts, bolts, screws, washers, seals, gaskets, cables, plugs, filters, starter ropes, mufflers, carburetors, rubber pedals, tyres and tubes or any other part that may wear and require replacement in connection with normal use and maintenance of your vehicle.
